Після повномасштабного вторгнення російської федерації в Україну 24 лютого 2022 р., значно зріс рівень забрудненості території нашої держави вибухонебезпечними предметами. Особливо це помітно у Харкові та Харківській області. На сьогодні Україна посідає 1 місце у світі за рівнем забрудненості території мінами та вибухонебезпечними залишками війни. Як показує досвід розмінування країн, забруднених вибухонебезпечними предметами, лише 1 рік бойових дій призводить до 10-20 років процесу розмінування, тому надзвичайної актуальності нині набуло інформування громадян України із попередження ризиків від вибухонебезпечних предметів.
Сьогодні ми розповімо про 13 найбільш розповсюджених вибухонебезпечних предметів, на які можна натрапити в Харкові та Харківській області.
ПФМ-1
ПФМ-1 – протипіхотна фугасна міна, яка ще відома під назвою «пелюстка», «метелик», «лепесток». Така міна має зовсім невеликий розмір, схожа на листок дерева, людині її важко помітити. Особливу небезпеку такі міни становлять для дітей, коли вони знаходять ПФМ-1, то часто сприймають її як іграшку. Основна мета такої міни навіть не убити людину, а залишити її покаліченою на все життя.
ПМН-2
Одна з найбільш розповсюджених протипіхотних мін, на яку можна натрапити на Харківщині – ПМН-2 (протипіхотна міна натискної дії). Ця міна спеціально розроблені для того, щоб не убити, а покалічити людину. У той момент, коли людина наступає на таку міну, відбувається вибух, що руйнує нижню частину ноги. Зазвичай під час вибуху повністю відривається стопа ноги, якою людина наступила на міну такого типу.
МОН-50
Не менш небезпечними для людини є протипіхотні міни направленої дії. Серед них найбільш розповсюджена – МОН-50. Така міна містить у середині близько 500 забійних елементів, які вилітають на відстань до 50 метрів і можуть нанести серйозні поранення людині, або навіть убити її.
ОЗМ-72
Одні з найбільш небезпечних мін для людини – вистрибуючи осколкові міни. Найчастіше на наших теренах можна натрапити на вистрибуючу міну ОЗМ-72. Цю міну ще називають «міна-жаба». Коли людина зачіпає детонатор такої міни, вона вистрибує з землі на висоту 0,5–0,8 метрів, вибухає і наносить кругове ураження 2400-ми забійними елементами. Від однієї такої міни може постраждати ціла група людей. Відомий випадок, коли забійними елементами однієї міни ОЗМ-72 було нанесено ураження групі з 18 чоловік.
ПОМЗ-2
Дуже небезпечними для людей є міни натяжної дії, що ставляться на так звану «розтяжку». Серед них одна з найбільш розповсюджених – ПОМЗ-2 (протипіхотна осколкова міна загородження). Зовні вона нагадує велику ручну гранату. До такої міни приєднується дріт, що розтягується на відстань 5 метрів, а з іншої сторони дріт приєднується до дерев’яного кілка, що забивається в землю. Коли людина йде, вона може не помітити розтяжку, зачепити дріт, після цього міна вибухає, її осколки уражають все навкруги в радіусі від 4 до 8 метрів.
ТМ-62
ТМ-62 – це протитранспортна міна, але людина, яка натрапила на неї не повинна нехтувати небезпекою. Не рідко поряд із протитранспортними мінами встановлюються і протипіхотні міни. Асоціація саперів України наголошує на тому, що «якщо десь були виявлені протитранспортні міни, будьте впевнені, – на даній території є і протипіхотні!» Мінімальна чутливість натиску такої міни 200 кг. Здавалося б, для більшості людей вона безпечна, але якщо ця міна знаходилася довгий час у ґрунті, її корпус піддається корозії і чутливість натиску може зменшитися, що вже вочевидь стає небезпечним для людини.
ВОГ-25
Часто на території, на якій велись інтенсивні бойові дії можна натрапити на ВОГ-25 – осколкові боєприпаси для підствольних гранатометів. Детонатори таких боєприпасів дуже чутливі та несуть небезпеку людям.
Детонатори
Часто детонатори схожі на предмети побутового вжитку: болти, ручки, деталі механізмів. Їх розмір і кольорові метали, з яких вони зроблені, також привертають увагу людей, особливо дітей і викликають бажання взяти їх у руки і роздивитись. На жаль, детонатори дуже чутливі, вони можуть вибухнути у руках людини, а це призводить до каліцтва, ампутації кінцівок, травм обличчя, утрати зору, а іноді й до летальних випадків.
Міни-пастки
Міна-пастка – це вибухонебезпечний предмет, який замаскований під безпечний предмет для того, щоб людина не здогадались, що вона може вибухнути. Часто міни-пастки замасковують під виглядом дитячих іграшок, мобільних телефонів, книжок, металевих банок або коробок, тому часто такі міни привертають увагу дітей, у яких виникає природне бажання взяти їх у руки.
Патрони від стрілецької зброї
Значну небезпеку для людей становлять патрони від стрілецької зброї, особливо великих калібрів. Часто загрозу від цих вибухонебезпечних предметів недооцінюють, проте Асоціація саперів України зазначає, що найбільше випадків травмування людей трапляється саме від патронів.
Ручні гранати
Також дуже небезпечними для людей є ручні гранати, які часто ставлять на так звану «розтяжку». До кільця ручної гранати прив’язують проволоку, або навіть рибальську леску з гачком. Коли людина йде, вона може не помітити цю розтяжку, зачепити дріт, або леску, після чого така граната вибухає.
Артилерійські боєприпаси
У місцях ведення активних бойових дій, на місцях розташування тимчасових польових складів та на покинутих військових позиціях можна натрапити на невикористані артилерійські боєприпаси, або на ті, що не вибухнули. Артилерійські снаряди, танкові снаряди, мінометні міни, що залишились у землі також несуть велику небезпеку для людей.
Касетні боєприпаси з осколково-фугасними елементами
Починаючи з 24 лютого 2022 р. російські війська нещадно обстрілювали Харків та Харківську область касетними боєприпасами, тому на нашій території можна натрапити на осколкові-фугасні елементи від касетних боєприпасів. У разі не спрацювання бойового елементу після його відділення від корпусу реактивного снаряду, такий боєприпас може знаходитись на поверхні землі, він несе велику небезпеку людині.
Якщо ви побачили описані в цій статті вибухонебезпечні предмети, або будь-які інші, на вашу думку, підозрілі предмети, ви повинні дотримуватись трьох золотих правил:
1) не підходь до підозрілого предмету
2) не чіпай підозрілий предмет
3) відійди на безпечну відстань і зателефонуй 101, 102 або 112, повідом про підозрілий предмет.
Безпечна відстань до підозрілого предмету, який потенційно може бути вибухонебезпечним, складає не менше 300 метрів, тобто 400-450 кроків для дорослої людини.
