У будівлі Харківської облдержадміністрації, в яку 1 березня влучили дві російські ракети, провели консерваційні роботи, подальшу долю будівлі буде вирішено згодом.
Про це в коментарі Укрінформу сказав начальник Харківської обласної військової адміністрації Олег Синєгубов.
«Наразі ми можемо вести мову про те, щоби зберегти те, що можна зберегти. Тому ми зробили ряд консерваційних заходів для того, щоб не відбулися подальші руйнування, враховуючи можливі опади і те, що там немає даху чи вікон. Далі будемо робити експертизу, будемо робити проєкт. Наша основна мета – зберегти історичну цінність цієї будівлі, фасадну частину, і, разом з тим, ми чітко розуміємо, що всередині потрібно буде будувати абсолютно нову будівлю за сучасними технологіями, бо конструктив дуже сильно постраждав, всередині монолітну частину маємо робити абсолютно нову», – сказав Синєгубов.
Як повідомлялося, 1 березня в облдержадміністрацію (Будинок рад) на вул. Сумській у Харкові влучили дві російські ракети. На час вибухів у будівлі знаходилися представники територіальної оборони, військові та волонтери. Розбір завалів тривав понад три тижні. Першого квітня голова Харківської військової адміністрації Олег Синєгубов повідомив, що остаточна кількість жертв російського ракетного удару становить 29 осіб.
У червні Синєгубов розповів ЗМІ, що, згідно висновків експертів, будівля відновленню не підлягає.
Будинок рад у Харкові є пам’яткою архітектури. В будівлі знаходилися структурні підрозділи обласної ради, обласної державної адміністрації та деякі департаменти Харківської міської ради.
